Obituary for Curtis
Dwaine Curtis Linnell was born September 26, 1937 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Tom and Eva (Johnson) Linnell. the family lived on a farm near Grand Forks, later moving to Petersburg, where Curtis was raised and graduated from high School. During his early years, he helped with farm work at home and also worked for Randy Schaley.
Curtis was married to Shirley Swenson, November 30, 1979 in Michigan, ND. They had one daughter, Tiffaney. He was preceeded in death by his parents and three brothers, Lavern, Larry and Dale.
Curtis is survived by his daughter, Tiffaney, two brothers, Paul and Jay Lee and one sister, Jean (Jack) Johnston and lots of neices and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Petersburg Lutheran Church, 309 5th St. in Petersburg, ND, at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour before the service. Dinner will be at the church after the service. Rev. Valerie Teppo officiating.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Brown Funeral Home in Larimore, ND.
